Cancellation Severe Weather Warning
for Damaging Surf

for Lord Howe Island

THE WARNING IS CANCELLED. SURF CONDITIONS EASING.

Weather Situation
A low pressure system well to the east of the island produced damaging surf yesterday and into today.
Waves continue to gradually ease and the warning is now CANCELLED.

The NSW State Emergency Services advise you:
- Check your property regularly for erosion or inundation by sea water, and if necessary raise goods and electrical items
- Stay out of the water and stay well away from surf-exposed areas

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
